Dose:
15-20 mg/kg
Given PO (Tablets), or Intramammary infusion (for Mastitis)
For Pyoderma (Skin Infections Therapy) of Dogs and Cats: 22-25 mg/kg BID
Treatment of Cystitis: 12 - 25 mg/kg BID PO
Indication:
- Skin and soft tissue infections: Staphylococcus, Streptococcus
- Streptococcus uberis in Mastitis
- 1st choice in Dermatology (along with Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid) for Small animals
- Osteomyelitis
